Share address book between Outlook and Outlook express

I am running XP and Office Professinal and want to be able to share my
contacts in Outlooks wwith Outlook Express for emails.
While Outlook and Outlook Express are entirely different programs, they can
share one important thing: the contacts in their address books.
To share Outlook and Outlook Express bok data, launch Outlook Expressand
select Tools |Address Book...from the menue. In the address book, choose
tools| Options...from the menue and make sure, Shared contact
informationamong Microsoft Outlook and othe appication, is selected. Close
the dialog with OK. I do not have this option to select, all i have is
accounts and actions.

No they can't. Those instructions do not apply to any current Outlook
versions, including yours.
No Outlook version since the long defunct IMO mode has permitted sharing
with the WAB. You can re-enable it with a reg hack:

Note, that for later versions you may have to hack a different key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4
