Should print envelopes from Outlook without needing to merge
One should be able to open a contact, select option to print envelopes (like
in word) and print from there. Having to go through a whole merge for one envelope is too time consuming. My version is Office 2003. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Should print envelopes from Outlook without needing to merge
In order to accomplish this, I wrote a vb macro that uses data from the open
contact, passes the data to the envelope wizard from Word (without visually opening Word) and then prints the envelope. The macro can be called from an icon. I'd be happy to share details with you if you would like. Barry "DGORE" wrote: One should be able to open a contact, select option to print envelopes (like in word) and print from there.
