filing outlook contacts
 

I have Office Pro 2003 and just had to reload it onto my laptop. It is synch
up with my desktop via Outlook Connector. My 450 contacts are listed by first
name on the laptop; I tried the Tools/email accounts, etc and the
Tools/options etc and they are both showing file by last name. In fact the
individual contacts are showing last name, first in the file as box. Still,
they are listed by first name. The same contacts are listed by last name on
the desktop. How can I fix this? Thanks.
