Default Copy a Sub-Contacts Folder via e-mail or CD media to another PC

My business office is closing down in a few days, and I have been
unsuccessfully attempting to copy only a specific Contacts sub-folder of my
business contacts from my office desktop PC to a new Contacts sub-folder on
my home desktop PC so that I don't have to manually type in all the
information from my printed paper list of 500 contacts. Both the office and
home desktop PCs have Outlook 2002 within the Office Professional suite.
Last week I had read through and printed some of the previously posted
threads and the How To-Outlook article on pst files, but have run into
obstacles. For example, in trying to follow one suggestion, I tried creating
a new outlook data file, but once I created the file, I couldn't find a way
to copy my contacts sub-folder to that newly created data file. In another
approach, I think I successfully created a copy of the Contacts sub-folder I
wanted, renamed it from a pst to psx extension, brought it over to my home
PC, saved it to my documents, and changed the extension back to pst, but
couldn't figure out how Outlook would "find it" to allow me to open up the
copied folder. I am looking for step-by-step process details on how to start
over and bring the specific Contacts sub-folder over to my home PC without
distrutbing any of the other Contacts information and sub-folders already on
my home PC (you can assume my technical skills are WEAK in this area when
explaining). Thanks for the assistance!

Right-click, drag-and-drop or left-click, EditCopy to Folder.

Start Outlook and click FileOpenOutlook Data File

It's in the howto-outlook article you read.
