Microsoft Outlook email - names in outlook contact are reversed

names in outlook contact are reversed

When I enter names into the outloook contact, the display reverses the last
name with the first name. This does not change even after I edit the name
fields. The display as field is correct but the box near the full name box
had the last name first then the first name
