Distribution Lists window. Seeing names and numbers in same view
 

When I double click a distribution list in outlook for an entire office it
shows me the names, numbers, title, etc. in a window to the right. There is
a slider to see the full view from right to left. I would like it have the
headers in the little window so I can decide how much space I want to see for
name, telephone, email....or be able to resize the entire property window so
I can have a full view. Right now there is just an X.
