sending 100+ contacts to someone else
Is there an easy way to forward a large number of contacts to someone else.
Having to open and save each one seems cumbersome. Am I missing something simple? |

Thanks Brian. I did that and now am having trouble emailing the PST file. I
am running Outlook 2003. Any advice you can give will be appreciated. "Brian Tillman" wrote: M-Jane wrote: Is there an easy way to forward a large number of contacts to someone else. Yes, I zipped it and emailed it. When the reciever opened the file, it was
empty. BTW, I just found yseterday's post. I'm sorry, I thought I was called away before I hit post which is why I did it again today. "Brian Tillman" wrote: M-Jane wrote: Thanks Brian. Check the zip file to see if it contains anything. Unless you closed and restarted Outlook before zipping, the exported file would have been locked and unavailable.
