That's what a mail merge does by default.

Then you aren't doing a mail merge at all.
Tell us what you are doing. Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters, mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these functions take a look he http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/printlabel.htm http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/mailmerge.htm http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...186361033.aspx -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Diddy" wrote in message ... i can't get it to hide the other addresses of the other people its emailing aswell. i want it to only show the email address of the people getting the email in the email to box, at the moment its coming up with everyines address, is there a setting that will fix this "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: That's what a mail merge does by default.
