I can only add about 100 of the 250 names I want in my personal email
distribution group using Outlook 2002. Is there a max number of entries? |

Yes, if the DL is in a folder in an Exchange mailbox or public folder, there is a max ... and you've reached it.

IMO, the best solution is to not use distribution lists at all, except for very small, relatively static lists. Instead, for bulk mail, especially to external recipients, use individual contacts and a mail merge.
