Information won't cha nge when I type in new Info
I have Outlook 2003 on an WinXP machine.
When I open up a contact and change the company or phone number or address and then SAVE and CLOSE nothing changes. When I go back into the contact the old information is still in there. Also I have tried to delete the contact completely and re-enter it, but when I SAVE and CLOSE and go back into it the OLD information shows up again. Where is this old information being stored? I have restarted outlook and the computer before re-entering the infomration, but still it goes back to the old contact information. Any ideas? This happens to several of my contacts. P.S. These contacts are NOT Plaxo members.

In what window and view are you when you begin to make the changes? Exactly what do you do when you make the changes? -- Brian Tillman
