I have Outlook 2003 on an WinXP machine.
When I open up a contact and change the company or phone number or address and then SAVE and CLOSE nothing changes. When I go back into the contact the old information is still in there. Also I have tried to delete the contact completely and re-enter it, but when I SAVE and CLOSE and go back into it the OLD information shows up again. Where is this old information being stored? I have restarted outlook and the computer before re-entering the infomration, but still it goes back to the old contact information. Any ideas? This happens to several of my contacts. P.S. These contacts are NOT Plaxo members. |

In what window and view are you when you begin to make the changes? Exactly what do you do when you make the changes? -- Brian Tillman |
