unable to import contacts
trying to import contacts from CD but getting error message--"the source and
destination folders for this operation cannot be the same". Stumped!

What kind of file are you trying to import from? A .pst file? If so, you must copy it to your hard drive, turn off the read-only flag, and then import the local copy.
