Mail merge

I have created a list of names and email addresses.
Currently it is saved as a text file.
What do I need to do with it, so I can merge it into Outlook as an address
book or contact list for emailings??
thank you

Mail merge

If you want to use it for mass mailings, you don't need to put it into Outlook at all. Start Word and choose Tools | Letters and Mailings | Mail Merge.
