Pull up names by initial letter only
I am using Outlook 2003. In Contacts, I am no longer able to pull up a
contact name simply by typing the first letter or two. I now have to scroll through a particular alphabet group to find the name. How do I re-enable the function to find a contact by the first letter? Thank you. |

Sue, I switched around between views and went back to the address cards
view and now the initial letter function works. I'm presently in address cards view with contacts sorted by last name, first. Many versions lose this function if you use the "Outlook Today" view of your
Personal Folders. Turn it off. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] wrote in message oups.com...
