Copy/Import distribution list?

Hello All

Is it possible to import - or simply copy - a distribution list from Outlook
on one PC to Outlook on another?
Hope so!

Many thanks
Leslie Isascs

Copy/Import distribution list?

The safest way is to attach it as an Outlook Item to a message in RTF format
and email it. The recipient need only open it and save it to place it in
their default Contacts Folder.

Copy/Import distribution list?

Hello Russ

Thanks for your reply...
.... but how would I select the distribution list to include it with the
message? Is there a file corresponding to the distribution list, that I can
navigate to via windows explorer?

Thanks for your help.

Copy/Import distribution list?

Yes, but not via Windows Explorer. When you select "Insert Item" in the new
message Window, a dialog box will open that will allow you to select the DL
from among your Outlook Items. Note, you need to be sure you select "Insert
Item..." not "Insert File..."
