address book cannot be displayed. I enabled the Contacts folder to be shown as an address book. This allows me to type a few characters and Check Names. But I still cannot access the address book by clicking on the To button. |

Milly,
Thanks for responding. I am using Outlook 2003. My hard drive crashed, so I copied my previous Outlook files into the same spot when setting up the new hard drive. I can see my contact info and I have already enabled it as an address book by going into properties on the contact folder. This, however, did not solve my issue. Any suggestions?
