How do i select Contacts from a shared mailbox in a new email?

I use Outlook 2003. My boss shares his Mailbox with me so that I see his
Mailbox and Contacts folder.
Is there a way to view his Contacts folder from my address book. I've
checked all the settings and all the permissions but there doesn't seem to be
a way.
Is this a limitation?

thanks for the reply but this didn't work. i actually called microsoft and
put in a service call, and after three and a half hours on the phone, the
technician said it was a limitation in Outlook. i don't know how true this
is. it'd be great if there was a "trick" to making this happen.
thanks,
