Default missing email addresses within a forwarded contact

Problem1: when using outlook 2003 to send a contact (as a vcard) the
recipient states that they are missing the 2nd and 3rd email address within
the contact
*using outlook 2003 and sending to outlook 2003 user

Problem2: Also its strange that I can not just forward a contact it has to
be a vcard. When forwarding a contact the recipient receives it as a
contact.htm

Your assistance is appreciated. Thanks

Try using Rich Text as your message format.

Thanks for the reply Brian.

I have already tried using RTF and end up with the same results…

I am i doing something wrong here. Here are the steps that I am following
1. Open contact
2. Select action forward as vCard (using rich text format)
3. Recipient receives vCard (it is missing 2nd and 3rd email addresses, also
notice that some phone numbers are missing)

Please note that when I try sending to the vCard to my self everything is
okay (I am using exchange 2003 & outlook 2003)

Anyone else have an answer to what i am running into. Thanks

Don't send it as a vCard. Create a RIch Text message, then click
InsertItem, browse to the Contacts folder, select the contact and click OK.
See if that works.
