Import format for contacts when syncing with Mobile / Cell Phone

I have a new mobile/cell phone and use the Sync software to back up my
contacts and callender entries to the computer.
Problem: I want the contacts to import into my contacts folder in the format
I entered them into the phone which is format - Full Name or 'File as' First
Name Last name but each time I Sync, it is importing all details in the
reverse or for example - using a company name like 'Watch 24' and importing
it as 24,Watch.
~ Can I set the 'file as' order to default in my own specified order?
~ Alternately can I select all after they are imported and change the format
for all name entries to the full name file as format?

Ive had the same issues importing form Excell spread sheets too?! Bloody
annoying!!

You have no control over the File As... field when you import.
Why doesn't your synch software support synching with Outlook?

Import format for contacts when syncing with Mobile / Cell Pho

It does!

Outlook is selected and I can nominate the folders to sync with however the
'file as' order is not something anywhere in either the Sony Ericsson
software or Outlook 2003 where I can see I have any control as to how it
looks after it is imported it looks very random. I want opportunity to
dictate how it is viewed after import.

I have 500+ contacts and I cannot believe I am expected ot go through every
single one and change the way each one is viewed so they are all view 'Full
Name', & 'First Name - Last Name' as I have entered them in my phone??

Unless I export to excel sort remove the file as errors then reimport again
which sound rediculous when the software is already set to do it?

Normally, one enters Contact data into Outlook. When you do, the File As..
preferences apply.
You have not. What you ask is beyond Outlook's control.
