Notes should retain when updating contacts from folder to folder
When copying or moving contacts from one Outlook data file to another and
there is a duplicate, I have 2 options. Update existing or create new. When I choose create a new my contact becomes duplicated, this is because the contact exists in both contacts folders. My goal is to update the contact. When I choose to update the contact, the notes section of the contact is not retained. If there would be any way for this to be retained, this would help me considerably. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
