somehow I have gotten a second email address (email2) for all of my contacts in outlook that reads firstname lastname () - not any actual email address attached. this has propogated through to my Android phone, so now it brings up a huge number of eroneous email addresses when i start typing client names. for contacts with no email address, it shows under the Display as: Lastname Firstname ()

interestingly, this didn't transfer through to Maximizer when it synchronizes. which is too bad as i could do a global edit in Maximizer to remove this field, then re-sync.

the only method i can think of to remove this is to export the entire database as a .csv file, remove this field, then reinstall the database. alternately, i suppose i could delete all of the contact and resynchronize with Mazimizer.

before i go madly off in all directions, is there possibly a simpler method i haven't thought of?
