If the phone synchs to your primary Contacts, just make a second one (it can
be a sub-folder or located elsewhere in the folder list) Use the Folder List (I'll assume you have 2003), Right click | New Folder | contains Contact Items | give it a name. Select and drag the Contacts you don't want to synch into that folder. Judy Gleeson - MVP Outlook Acorn Training and Consulting Canberra, Australia When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode (if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About. Also include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent details. Be sure to put a concise summary of your question in the subject line, and the full details in the body of your post. see what Outlook training can do to improve productivity: http://www.acorntraining.com.au/pdfd...ithOutlook.pps www.acorntraining.com.au/productivit.htm "George P" wrote in message news ![]() Thanks Judy - the phones (both Nokia's) can sync but I want to be selective in terms of the contacts I transfer across to each of the phones hence the question is can I have two different contact list in Outlook?
