Hiding Email Address, but not name

If I want to send an email to several people, can each name be displayed in
the "To" section without displaying each recipient's email address to
everyone?

Hiding Email Address, but not name

Depends on both the sending and receiving email software. You can configure
the Email Display As field for your recipients to contain only the name, but
there's no guarantee that's what the recipients will see.
The only reliable way to hide information from recipients is to use the BCC
field.
