Where is the "Importance: High" icon?

The "Importance: High" icon has disappeared from my toolbar. I know how to
customize a toolbar, but am unable to find it to add it back.

Where is the "Importance: High" icon?

Open a new email. Click on View Toolbars. Make sure the Standard Toolbar
is checked.
