Outlook start giving me the following reported error (0x800CCC33)

Default Outlook start giving me the following reported error (0x800CCC33)

Added a new user than remove them and started to getting this error. 'Access
to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password are
correct. The server responded 'Forbidden'. '

Trying to access Hotmail? If so, I think it's because MS has turned off the
old way of getting to Hotmail. You need to use the Connector for Hotmail.

I had the same problem...what is the Connector for Hotmail? Where do I find
one?
