Default PRF config

How and where in the CIW or the .prf file via notepad, can I configu

1) Use Cached Exchange Mode

2) Connect using Internet Explorer's or 3rd party dialer.

I am trying to get a RPC over HTTP prf configured, and those are the only 2
setting that I have left that I dont know to config.
