On some of our Windows XP SP3 systems with Office Enterprise 2007, the
signature and Stationery buttons do not function. They are not greyed out and if you hold the Ctrl Key whilst clicking on the Signatures button it opens the folder where the signatures are located. If a signature is created in this folder, it is available for use within Outlook 2007, but it cannot be modified in Outlook 2007. All systems are connected to a single domain. This does not occur on all Windows XP systems, so it is not a group policy setting, and it does not occur on Vista (SP2) or Windows 7 (RC). No errors are logged in the Event logs. Searching the internet has not found any solution that appears to function. |
