Logon on Outlook Exchange
Hi News group,
I will try right here! When I try to log into my Outlook client outside 'the house', it will say outside the network at my workplace, I will be prompted for domainname \ username and password. How you get outlook to remember domain name \ user name? It could be remembered before I made a re-installing of my PC, but now every time I have to write the whole domain name \ username. I'm using XP Prof Service Pack 3 and Outlook 2007. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance. / Bjarne |
Logon on Outlook Exchange
look in tools, accounts, select exchange acct, then more settings. Look on
security tab. Note that you will always get the log on screen unless the computer is logging into the network, but the user name can be saved. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
