scanpst.exe not working, no problem solved after upgradation 2007
 

my sacnpst.exe is not working so cant rectify my pst, other is my outgoing
mails delivered but still remain in outbox, and most important is i upgraded
office 2007 but still problem was not resolved.

What happens when you try? Exact error messages, please.

This is most often cause by your antivirus software. Uninstall your AV
program and reinstall it without the email scanning feature.
