Default How to prompt for email account to be used?

In Outlook 2007, I send email from different email accounts, depending upon
to whom I am sending the message. I send to most users from my Default
account. However, when I want to use a different account, I have to remember
to manually make that change as I compose the email.

I would like Outlook to prompt me when I begin composing an email, or before
I send it, to make sure that I am sending it from the account that I want to
use for that particualar email.

Can I accomplish this and if so, how? I will appreciate advise.

Is that really so hard? You can remember to eat soup with a spoon instead
of a fork each time you have soup. It's no more difficult to remember to
use the correct account to send a message.

Outlook itself does not have this feature, but perhaps Google can find an
add-in.
