pst backup tool saying it's already installed while it's not
I am trying to install Microsoft pst backup tool but it's showing that this
tool is already installed. While I am unable to find it in Microsoft Outlook to use it or in Add/Remove program to remove it for re-installation. I am unable to understand that if ii's installed then why it's not showing at any of the place and if it's not installed then why it's not installing. how can we check that from where this problem occurs.
