Outlook 2007 sync error; Offline address book issue?
I'm getting the following error in Outlook 2007 when doing a manual
send/receive: Task 'microsoft exchange' reported error (0x9004010f): The operation failed. An object cannot be found.' This is from the Outlook sync log: 9:13:39 Synchronizer Version 12.0.6315 9:13:39 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Branham, Fred' 9:13:39 Synchronizing Hierarchy 9:13:39 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Calendar' 9:13:39 Downloading from server 'wvda-exchange.wvagriculture.com' 9:13:40 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Deleted Items' 9:13:40 Downloading from server 'server.domain.com' 9:13:40 2 item(s) changed read-state in offline folder 9:13:40 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Junk E-mail' 9:13:40 Uploading to server 'server.domain.com' 9:13:40 16 item(s) updated in online folder 9:13:40 Downloading from server 'server.domain.com' 9:13:40 Done 9:13:42 Microsoft Exchange offline address book 9:13:42 Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located. 9:13:42 0X8004010F A get-offlineaddressbook command resulted in my current exchange 2003 server being shown with Default Global Address List. ------------------------- I am in the process of migrating away from Exchange 2003 to 2007. Currently, both are installed and pass mail without issue. Only my mailbox has been moved to the new server. All mail and other users are still on old 2003 server. I haven't been able to find any documentation to help resolve the issue. My client is Vista/Outlook 2007 within the domain. Any thoughts? |
