Default Exchange Over Internet TAB missing in Outlook 2003

One of my systems is completely missing the section containing this option
in the following location:

Tools menu, click E-mail accounts, select View or change existing e-mail
accounts, click Next, select the Exchange e-mail account, and then click
Change.

Click More Settings, then click the Connection tab.

I can't find anything on google or support.ms.com on this. Anyone seen
this??

Hi All

i tried the following with no luck I can noit find RPC there in the
registry or EnableRPCTunnelingUI

I tried adding it manualy but it still does not work

Assuming that Outlook 2003 is connecting to a Microsoft Exchange 2003
server, you might want to see if this registry key exists.

Location:
HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlo ok\RPC
or
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\RPC

Value name:
EnableRPCTunnelingUI

If this value exists, delete it or set it to 1.

what os are you using? You need winxp sp2. BTW - it's not a tab but a button
near the bottom of the Connection tab.
