outlook 2007 send/receive settings disabled
 

Recently installed Office Professional 2007 upgrade and have a problem
receiving email. The send/receive settings option is disabled. Can send and
receive email but must do it manually by downloading the headers and then the
contents of the mail. When trying to select any of the Tools/
Send/Receive/ Send/Receive Settings options, they are disabled in that
they will not bring up the selected item from the menu. How can I activate
them?
