Default Entering new e-mail message, Outlook 2003

When I select NEW to create a new message, when I type the message it appears
on the left side of my screen. I want it to appear on the right side. How
do I change this? Also, when I receive an e-mail it appears on the right
side, however, if it has attachments, those attachments appear on the left
side of the screen.

I have no idea what you're asking here.
