Default Outlook Password

I have upgraded from 2000 to 2003. After installing Outlook I copied my old
Outlook.pst file over the new one so my wife could have her e-mails and
contact list. The problem is that when you open Outlook, a box asking for
"Personal Folders Password Type the password for Outlook" comes up. We
have never assigned a password for Outlook or any folder. Does anyone have
an idea?
