I copy another .pst file from other account and try to log this new pst to
outlook but fail.
System messages suggest me to execute scanpst.exe to revise but questions as
below.

1.Woud you please paste download add. of Scanpst.exe (office 2003) to me?
2.Space of new .PST file is larger than 2 GB, will that be the casuse of
error?

1) scanpst.exe may be a hidden file, you have searched to include hidden?
2) 2gb isnt a problem, provided the pst was created in 2003 using the
default format, if the pst was from an earlier version of outlook, then that
may be a problem

If it's not on All ProgramsMicrosoft Office ToolsInbox Repair Tool then
it's in
%CommonProgramFiles%\system\MSMAPI\1033 (for English Outlook)
