Rules for Multiple Folders

I have multiple accounts and have different locations for files based on
accounts. This works really well in Outlook 2007 since you can direct each
account to a different folder. Here is the problem: I need rules for each
folder. For example, when I get an email in the personal email inbox, I want
a specific rule to launch for that folder. Is there a way to have different
rules for different locations?

Rules for Multiple Folders

Rules don't work based on folders but based on the send or receive action
BEFORE it is delivered to any folder. So in other words; simply create your
rules.
