Outlook won't come up

Default Outlook won't come up

Banner page appears then an error message that says can't find needed files
and immediately closes! I have unistalled Outlook, deleted all psts and
reinstalled with same results.

Start with a new mail profile.

How do I do that if I can't start Outlook?

Don't import. Just configure the profile to use the old PST.
