My company uses Microsoft Exchange--Office Outlook Web Account for our
e-mail. I had to purchase a new computer and now I can not interface with my companies e-mail, even though my set-up is exactly what the company gave me. This still works fine on my other computer with Windows XP, so is this a VISTA issue? My company tech. support suggested it is, but had no resolution for me, except to call Microsoft. Of course, they did not help. Here is the error message I get when I try to log into my e-mail: "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." I click "OK" and get the following: Microsoft Exchange Server window to check my name and when I click "OK" again, I get the following: "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The file C:\Users\Dr. Tina M. Serafini\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook0. ost is not an offline folder file." I have tried everything to make sure this connection is not blocked, but I can not figure it out. Please help??? Tina |

Outlook and Outlook Web Access haven't much of anything in common other than
they both talk to an Exchange Server. Which are you using? Hal -- Hal Hostetler, CPBE -- Senior Engineer/MIS -- MS MVP-Print/Imaging -- WA7BGX http://www.kvoa.com -- "When News breaks, we fix it!"
