Default Microsoft Outlook Startup error

I am getting a message when I first start up Microsoft Outlook and I cannot
get rid of it. The message is
The add-in "C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\484~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" could not be
installed or loaded. This proble mmay be resolved by using Detect and Repair
on the Help menu.

Running through Detect and Repair did not solve the problem.

Can anyone help?

Acccording to google its a file associated with an IE plugin - like hotbar
You might be advised to scan your PC for malaware/spyware
MS Defender
SpyBot
Adaware
All are available free, and all should be used
NB You may have ant anti virus app, but these often do not remove/detect
spyware/malaware

That file is part of Spam Blocker. The error indicates a problem with the
Spam Blocker add-in. Either Spam Blocker needs to be repaired, or the
add-in needs to be disabled.

I have the same problem. Did you get yours resolved? I can't figure out how
to fix it.
