Cannot open Microsoft Outlook from the Internet
I have Office XP, Version 2002 with MS Outlook 2002, and Service Pack 3.
While on the internet when clicking on an embedded address which requires opening my e-mail account a message appears saying "..can not start..". My Tools, Options, Internet Connections shows Microsoft Outlook as the e-mail account. I recently loaded a Windows 98 program that was supposed to be XP compatible. I have since removed the program and have had to make several adjustments to my setups. This may be one of them, but I have not been able to correct it. |
Cannot open Microsoft Outlook from the Internet
Yes, I am able to open MS 2002 through all my shortcuts on the display and/or
menu bars. The exact message I receive when on the Internet is: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Can't create the item." I have also tried this from my ISP's website and get the same response.
