I have spent to many hours trying to figure this out.

I had to rebuild a user's machine so I copied the outlook profile from
registry.
This profile has additional mailboxes appended in it(For example, they are
visibile in outlook from the left side). I have to import the profile like
this due to exchange 2007 security policys on the domain not allowing
additional mailboxes to be added.
I tested this on multiple machines and had no problem. Even works in 03.

However, on this computer(Win XP Pro SP2 Office 07 fully updated), for some
reason, the user gets prompted for password...enter it in, and works. HTTP
over RPC is turned off, I have gone through half of these boards / online
research / microsoft outlook password prompt kb articles 290684,290684 .
Nothing seems to work on this machine
I have run outlook.exe /cleanprofile / removed the protect folder
Tried repairing outlook install
Rebuilding this machine again, is not an option.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
