Ok! I posted this in another group but I havent had a response yet and the
problem is still going.

Outlook 2003 Professional with lastest SP and updates
Exchange on SBS2003 also running latest SP and updates.

Problem: Users can flag a message unless they close and reopen outlook.
5 clients - users in the environment use the Flags for follow up on the
messages, using various colors. Sometimes, one of the users is ready to color
the message and BOOM...cant check it for follow up. She would need to close
outlook, open it back up and THEN she can click it.

Can another user click the message and select it for follow up? Yes
Is there another user on the message at the same time? No
Are they using Windowx XP SP2 with MS Office Professional all across? Yes
Same versions? Yes
Same Add-in in Outlook? Yes, nothing extra...just the default out of the box.
Is it the same user all the time? No, it varies from one user to another
Does it happens all the time? No, it varies
Does the messages have any attachments? Some of them, some of them no
Are the messages residing on the inbox? Yes, they all have access to a
secondary inbox in which they receive the orders thru.
Are the permissions the same for all users? As far as I know and I can see
yes.

Now, any other suggestions or questions anyone....this is DRIVING me INSANE!
