Default send email between users on home network

I have 4 pc's at home on the same network with one email address. Problem is
when one of us opens MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK, and reads new mail, this mail
is not available on the other pc's. How and can I rectify this. Please
don't tell me to create individual email accounts as this is not an option.

So you're on a POP3 account? Configure the account setting to leave a copy
on the server.
