Outlook will receive but not send external emails
This problem only happened today and up until now Outlook 2003 has
been working fine. The mail server is provided by the ISP. They insist everything is fine on their end which is probably correct as the webmail version is working fine. It has happened on another machine as well but i am guessing it has more to do with email setting instead. So this is the problem. 1. It will send and receive on the local network 2. It performs a send/receive and says it has completed but emails are still stuck in the outbox, Nothing has changed on the network as far as I know. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
