Error code 1311 for Outlook 2007
 

I recently bought the new Outlook 2007. When trying to install it I get:
Error 1311
Can not locate D:/PA561401

Well, the CD is in the drive, why can't it find it???? I tried to find it
myself on the CD, but I can't find it either. I'm afraid to dump my Outlook
2003, I don't wand to loose all my (100 or so) contacts that are already
there. Lord knows I've retyped all of them in many times before when a
reformat was necessary. It should just upgrade itself.

Also, why is it so difficult to get help from Microsoft. All this talk about
customer satisfaction & we can't get ahold of anyone when we actually need
help.
