Problem customizing Outlook 2002
 

Whenever I attempt to customize Outlook Today...in this case to the "Winter"
view...I note the following happens: (1) I do not get a thumbnail (instead I
get that little red "X" in the upper left-hand corner of the thumbnail view).
(2) I do get the winter view after I click in Save Settings. (3) However,
when I close Outlook and then reopen it, , I am once again in the standard
view. I've tried changing the style directly from the registry, and I've
renamed the dll file and then repaired the program -- none of this has
worked. Does anyone have any more ideas?
