Before i uninstall Outlook, (can't access it) how can i save mail
I'm having a conflict w/Outlook... i have 2 versions installed (Standard and
PRO w/FPage) which will not allow the program to open. Before I unistall both programs, how can I save my personal folders and all mail since I can't access Outlook? |

Only a single instance of Outlook can be installed, allthough you can
install multiple versions of Office ie if you have version A of Office installed including Outlook, if you then elect to install version B of Office, not as an upgrade, Version B will not install outlook. Uninstalling Office, or Outlook, doesnt impact on your data files, allthough a backup of data is allways wise. Uninstalling Outlook rarely cures a problem. Try a repair of Outlook using your office cd You dont mention your version of Office ie Office2000 / 2002(XP) / 2003 / 2007 however each version series, whether standard or pro has the same version of outlook.
