changed to broadband & now no snailmail

Hi guys,
I have just changed from dial-up to broadband and cannot see a way to log
onto my Virgin net account to download my mail unless I disable the broadband
and use the Dial-up modem. I know that I can read the mail on web2mail, but I
do want to download the mails.
Any tips?

There should be no problem downloading mail, the most you should have to do
is change your account details to use the SMTP (sending) server owned by
your broadband ISP.

That depends on whether your new broadband is still Virgin or whether you
changed to some other ISP
If its still virgin its probably only a case of modifying your email account
settings
