Default E-mail accounts

I want to turn off incoming e-mails from going to multiple addresses. Server
is X/P and Outlook for e-mails

You'll have to be more explicit in describing what you want. State your
version of Outlook and what type of account you have as well.

Default E-mail accounts

my version of Outlook is 2003. What I want is for the person in the front
office to not be able to read everyone's e-mail. All of our e-mails also goes
to his computer.
